2. Purpose of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the Minô website and mobile application by any user, whether individual or professional.
3. Service description
Minô is a mobile application and website that allows users to:
— Browse a geolocated map of kids-friendly places, activities, and addresses.
— Read and submit reviews and comments about these places.
— Purchase digital content (packs, ebooks).
— Access professional services (visibility, featured listings).
— Make bookings or connections through affiliate links.
4. Access and registration
Access to the application requires the creation of a user account. Registration is open to adult individuals as well as to professionals for dedicated services.
Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep their data up to date.
5. Collaborative content
Users can suggest places or comment on already listed addresses. All content is subject to moderation before publication by the Minô team.
Any content that is unlawful or contrary to public decency may be removed without prior notice. A reporting system is available.
6. Data use
Personal data collected through the use of the service is processed in accordance with the GDPR. A specific Privacy Policy is available on the website and application.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the application or website (texts, logos, visuals, databases, etc.) is the exclusive property of Poppy Pops or its partners, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Liability
Minô is an advisory and referral platform, with no commitment regarding the quality or safety of services offered by listed third parties.
Poppy Pops cannot be held liable in the event of an incident or dispute arising during an activity booked or carried out through the application. Affiliate links do not affect the price paid by the user in any way.
9. Account deletion
Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time through the application interface or by written request to the contact address.
10. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Strasbourg.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products and services through the Minô application and its associated website.
2. Products and services covered
— Application subscriptions (monthly or annual)
— Thematic address packs (one-time payment)
— Ebook sales
— Merchandise sales (notebooks, gadgets)
— Visibility packages for professionals (subscriptions, packages, featured listings)
3. Pricing
— Monthly subscription: €6.99
— Annual subscription: €59,99
— Address pack: €19 (lifetime access)
— Ebooks: variable pricing
— Professional rates: depending on the chosen plan
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of the order.
4. Payment
Payments are made by credit card through a secure platform. No banking information is stored by Poppy Pops.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital content provided immediately after purchase is not subject to the right of withdrawal, except for subscriptions with a 15-day free trial.
Users may cancel free of charge during this period.
6. Cancellation
The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the current month. The annual subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the contractual year.
No refund will be issued in the event of early cancellation.
7. Delivery
Physical products (notebooks, gadgets) are delivered to the address provided by the user, within France only. Delivery times and costs are specified at the time of the order.
8. Liability
Poppy Pops disclaims all liability in the event of temporary service unavailability or errors in information provided by partners. Use of the application is the sole responsibility of the user.
9. Personal data
Data collected during purchases is necessary for order processing and is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
10. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Strasbourg.
